"Directions"

Arrival day or departure day 'pending ' or 'booked': you can simply book as it is a changeover day. Guests leave before 10 am and new guests arrive after 4 pm. This day can be double booked!

BOOKING TERMS

When booking, you will pay 50% of the accommodation cost as a deposit on your gîte. If we do not receive this deposit within 7 days, your booking will automatically expire.

The deposit is €100. The deposit will be refunded within a few days after departure.

Tourist tax is not included in the rental price and will be settled upon departure.

30 days before your arrival date, you must pay the remaining amount.

If you book within 30 days of your arrival date, you must pay the full amount in advance.

CANCEL

Cancellation of your booking is possible under the following conditions: If we have not received the deposit within 7 days of your booking, your booking will automatically expire.

Cancellation charges up to 30 days before the arrival date are 50% of the accommodation cost.

Cancellation charges within 30 days before the arrival date are 100% of the accommodation cost.

Your deposit or full payment is non-refundable. You must claim your cancellation insurance in case of illness or other insurances.

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

ADVERTISEMENT

To welcome you properly, we ask you to check in between 16:00 and 19:00.

RUST

From 11pm in the evening until 7.30am in the morning, we ask that you keep it quiet so as not to disturb the other guests' sleep.

DEPARTURE

On the day of departure, the gîte must be free at 10.00 am so that we can start our work for the next guests. We ask you to leave the gîte clean and tidy.

SMOKE

Smoking is not allowed in and around the gîte.

TECKELS

Female dogs in heat are not wanted. In consultation with your vet, heat can be delayed or prevented.

Please remember to have your dog(s) vaccinated, according to French government rules. Your vet can inform you about this.

A playing field and exercise area for your dog are available on the premises. We ask you to get acquainted with the other dog owners and the other dogs before letting the dogs together.

We advise you to keep your dachshund(s) on a leash outside your own private garden and the fenced-off playgrounds, in view of the many game tracks your dachshund will encounter.

Please walk outside our premises. Please dispose of excrement (on or around our premises) using a poop bag in the designated bin.

RESPONSIBLE

We are not responsible for accidents, theft or loss of personal belongings.

Material damage: Inform us immediately if something is broken, and we will try to replace or repair it as soon as possible.
